	Frank Wilson "Dear June, I just wanted to write and formally thank you and Andrew for recently selling my brother Bill’s condo and finding him an apartment. That is what you did for us but it does not begin to describe the extreme effort Andrew made in that last week to save the situation. My brother had really dropped the ball on finding an apartment. With Bill closing on his condo on March 16 with no place to move in to – Andrew jumped in and found him a very nice place to live. Andrew ran all over Toronto either showing apartments to Bill or meeting with Bill and me to put the deal together. He met us in Mississauga so we could sign the lease agreement. He met us at the Beaches to receive the deposit cheque. And he finally met us in North York at the rental unit to close the deal. Over the last year I’ve been trying to “manage” this move from 3,000 miles away so I’m so glad I had you two in my corner. You did a fantastic job selling my late Mother’s home several years ago but what you did recently for Bill and I was above and beyond.
